Working process

Steps we followed to start the project:

1. Price Quote. Once the quote has been accepted, we start the project. We work with advance payment of 50%, invoices are sent after receiving the transfer and not before for the amount received in the account. We start work when we have 100% of the necessary information, if any point is missing the project does not start.

2. Previews. During the work process, previews are sent with watermarks www.grup3d.com, which are removed once the payment is completed. If the watermarks are not applied, 100% of the initial quote must be paid.

3. Deadlines are determined for each new order according to the workload at that time.

4. Two rounds of changes and adjustments included in the price. Architectural or 3D modeling elements must be specified before the order, as they are not considered as changes if they are not part of the initial idea. The changes are to improve the aesthetics of the images and to replace some element or texture. They cannot be used to generate different options, as these involve more hours and days of work and are invoiced separately.

5. If we receive no reply from the client after 15 days from the moment we send the previews, the work will be considered finished. If it is necessary to take it up again, it is considered as a new order with new deadlines and a new budget.

6. Final delivery, the resolution of the renderings or 3D animation is specified in each project. If any special resolution or format is required, it must be detailed in the initial idea.
